INSPECTION SERVICES

A property inspection is a noninvasive visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential proper property performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by the standards of practice that are both observed and deemed to be material by the inspector. We perform inspections for Single Family Residents, Condos, Townhomes, and multi-unit properties, as we as Commercial properties.

All of our inspectors MUST PASS ALL 18 sections for recertification annually. This is a company policy for our inspectors to stay current of all new regulations and changes. The benefit to our clients is you are receiving the most up to date inspections.    

Properties Inspections

Single Family, Multi Unit, Condos, Townhomes, detached ADUs, and Commercial properties.                                                                                                                                                                       

Roofs -Flat roofs, slopes roofs 2:12-21:12, all types of roofing material. 

Sewer line- We scope from property access, out to city drain.

Pool Spa & Jacuzzi- We inspect all components of pool spa and or jacuzzi. WE DO NOT perform water testing as it relates to these items. 

Mold- *Findings are lab tested and the results take about 5 to 7 days to return. * 

We have special tools to perform a safer faster inspections

1. Our software allows us to generate and finalize a report prior to leaving inspection site.  

2. We use drones for non-accessible roofs.  

3. We also use remote controlled vehicles, to access raised foundations and crawlspaces. All photo and videos all and videos are taken with high resolutions.
